    Our dispatch team works as hard as they can to get orders out the door ASAP, but sometimes in times of sale or high order volumes, we may need a little more time to pack your parcel!

    Below are our current shipping timeframes. Processing time is generally included in your shipping timeframe. Please remember, that business days do not include Weekends or Public Holidays.

    You will receive a shipment confirmation once your parcel has left us, we appreciate your patience!

Delivery Information

    We ship all around the world but sadly due to restrictions we aren't able to ship to certain countries. To check if we can deliver to you please click here.

    All of our Jordan releases have express shipping only as an option at the checkout! This is because our dispatch team prioritize these orders to have them processed and dispatched to get to you sooner!

    Please note: Orders are shipped on Business days only (No weekends or public holidays).

    Not yet! Unfortunately, our stores don't have the facilities for a 'click and collect' service just yet.


    However, we do offer EXPRESS SHIPPING with online orders! Our Ninja Packers will get your order dispatched ASAP - check out our current timeframes here:

    No sorry, all products in stores can only be purchased if you are physically in one of our stores due to the large capacity we hold in our Warehouses being able to provide you with 1000's of different styles.

    Yes, you do! If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the shipping company will leave a card/email for you to head to your local post office to collect with ID!

     

    Please note: If you request a safe drop, this will void any warranty with Culture Kings as we require signatures upon delivery of all parcels to prevent theft

    We deliver to PO Boxes!

Tracking My Order

    Sorry to hear that your order is not with you by now! 

    On the occasion that this parcel is deemed lost, we will not leave you empty-handed but do need to follow the appropriate steps to understand what has gone wrong here. 
    Please send through any correspondence including case numbers and screenshots with Australia Post so that we can fasten this process up to get a resolution.

    Our system only allows us to send Tracking through Australia Post by default. If you are having difficulty tracking an item please check the tracking number in one of the below courier links as this is often the issue.

    If you have been sent the correct Tracking link, the tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate.

    We receive Return to Sender parcels every day! If your parcel is returned due to this, unfortunately, your shipping costs will not be refunded. This is because our postal partners have still completed the transit service and attempted to deliver your order safely based on the provided information. 

    If you would like your order reshipped to the correct address we will cover these costs for you 🙏

     

    We require signatures upon deliveries of all our customer's parcels! This is to ensure the safety of delivery and to prevent stolen parcels. If you are not home to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local post office.

    In some cases our customers can authorize a safe drop or "leave in a safe place", we know that this can be for convenience however this does void any insurance we have with Australia Post and we are no longer liable if your parcel is lost or stolen, unfortunately.

    *We highly suggest that if you won't be home to sign for your parcel, authorize it to be taken to your local post office where you or someone at your residence can collect it on your behalf!

    Our team is working around the clock to get your order out as quickly as possible! Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

International

    Australia Post has suspended shipping to the Philippines. This means that for the time being we, unfortunately, can not send any orders through to the Philippines!

    Attempted Delivery means Auspost was unable to fulfill the delivery to your address.

    To reschedule your delivery or to confirm if your parcel has been taken to a post office, please contact Australia Post directly. If you don’t schedule redelivery within 48 hours, or pick up your parcel from a post office within a few days, your order will be marked as “unclaimed” and be sent back to our warehouse.

    *Please note that "return to sender" parcels can take a couple of weeks to arrive back at Dispatch Center. 

    Yes! We are still shipping overseas orders as normal from our warehouse in Australia.

International Customs

    You MAY be liable to pay for customs and import duties.

    This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

    These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties, and cannot pre-pay these taxes.

    *Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

    All prices on your order include the New Zealand GST of 15% so that you aren't required to pay Customs fees however due to NZ's laws, orders placed over $1,000 are subject to pay for IETF.

    *Individual items exceeding $1,000 may be subject to duties upon arrival at Customs

    Customs fees and import duties are out of our control and these costs must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are not willing to pay these taxes we are able to refund the amount of your order (minus shipping costs) once the parcel is returned.

    Please contact your local Customs and let them know you would like the parcel to be returned to sender. Once this has been done please contact our team HERE, to let us know, so we can ensure the funds are refunded as soon as your parcel arrives back to us!

    *Please note Return to Sender parcels can take 2-6 weeks depending on the country it is coming back from.

Australian Deliveries

    We work alongside our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives within the shipping time frame provided. In some situations, there are things out of our delivery partners' control that may delay the delivery of your order.

    If it's been more than 3 business days over the expected delivery day please contact us HERE so we can investigate further for you.

Weekend Delivery

    We often have guaranteed delivery before the weekend for a selection of our customers! Our amazing team will post on our socials and on the home page of our website if we are running this deal.

    You do however have to qualify with the details below:

    1. Your order must be placed before 1:30 pm Thursday
    2. You have to select and purchase express shipping (standard shipping orders will not arrive to you in time)
    3. This is only available to our customers in the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne metro areas

    *Some orders will be subject to undergo a security check and this will cause a minor delay, to avoid this we highly suggest to checkout with PayPal.

     

     

    Australia Post operates Monday-Friday.

    Our shipping timeframe reflects these working days and any known delays with the AusPost will be noted.  

     

    We run 'guaranteed before the weekend' delivery promotions from time to time!

    We can only guarantee the delivery before the weekend if your order is placed before the cut-off time specified with express shipping AND if your shipping address is in a metro area as advised by Australia Post.
