    All online orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Brisbane.

    Orders can not be picked up from our Brisbane warehouse

    If you order has not been shipped our team can still make changes to your shipping address - You would need to give us a call ASAP so we can change this before your order is shipped.

    Unfortunately once your parcel has left us we can no longer make any changes.



    Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am – 3.30pm AEST. 

    During big sale periods and holiday seasons, there may be a slight delay with the shipment of your order but we will always let you know if this is the case!

    In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be processed due to a security check. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Experience team.


    We don't offer any gift wrapping services, sorry!

    If your parcel is an international order, the value of the order will be included on the consignment due to customs regulations. We aren't able to exclude pricing from these orders. 

    Australian orders aren't sent out with invoices, however price tags will still be included on the items.

    We offer flat rate shipping to our international customers: 

    New Zealand Express Post - $10.00 (Or FREE with orders $100)

    USA, UK & Canada - $13.95 

    Rest of world - $34.95

    New Zealand: 2-5 business days

    USA,UK & CANADA: 3-6 business days

    REST OF WORLD: 1-3 weeks

    **All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. Our shipping times do not include any time a parcel is held up in customs.


    NOTE: During busy sale periods we may take 1-2 business days to have your order shipped out. This is simply due to the high influx of orders we obtain.

International Customs

    Customers outside Australia may be liable to pay for customs and import duties.

    This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. 

    These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties, and cannot pre pay these taxes.

    Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

    If you parcel is been held at New Zealand Customs, this is normally based on items being over a certain value set by New Zealand local authority and is completely out of our control.

    New Zealand Customs will notify you of any duty tax due via mail. This notice can take u to 5 business days to be received. We recommend contacting New Zealand Customs on the direct number: 0800 428 786 and selecting option 2. 

    Customs fees and import duties are out of our control and these costs must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are not willing to pay these taxes we are able to refund the amount of your order (minus shipping costs) once the parcel is returned.

    Please contact your local Customs and let them know you would like the parcel to be returned to sender. Once this has been done please contact our team HERE, to let us know, so we can ensure the funds are refunded as soon as your parcel arrives back to us!

Australian Deliveries

    All our online parcels require signature upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for your parcel then your order will be taken to your local post office for collection



    We work alongside our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives within the shipping time frame provided. In some situations there are things out of our delivery partners control that may delay the delivery of your order. 

    Please double check the tracking link provided to you to make sure our delivery partner hasn't already attempted to deliver your parcel or if they require further details from you.

    If it has been more than 2 business days since your order was supposed to arrive please CONTACT US HERE so we can investigate further.

Weekend Delivery

    Australia Post unfortunately does not deliver parcels on weekends as they only operate Monday-Friday.


    We do run 'guaranteed before the weekend' delivery promotions from time to time!

    We can only guarantee the delivery before the weekend if your order is placed before the cut off time specified with express shipping AND if your shipping address is in a metro area as advised by Australia Post.
