Delivery Information

    Due to COVID-19 Australia Post have implemented contact-less delivery. 

    To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all parcels - be it at a Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. 

    If your order tracking says your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you please check the below: 

    1- Check around your letter box and yard for the parcel. (Australia Post can be creative with their hiding spots)

    2- Check with all occupants of your house to ensure someone else hasn't brought your order inside for you 

    If you are not able to locate your order on your property or within your household, please contact our friendly customer experience team with your order number HERE.

    Australia Post have taken out precautionary measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They strive to still deliver each day whilst putting in place social distancing measures.

    With many people moving to online shopping as they work from home, they are seeing and uplift in parcels that is resulting in some delays in our network. The current reduction in domestic flights has also seen delays begin to occur in our domestic deliveries – particularly in the Express Post Network.

    We understand you want your order NOW! But please sit tight and rest assured that we are shipping all orders out ASAP and Australia Post are doing all they can to handle deliveries as fast as possible!

    Will the shipment of my order be affected by the COVID-19?

    We are currently still shipping ALL orders (international included) from our warehouse in Australia. If this changes, we will make it public knowledge immediately. Shipping to some counties and areas within Australia has been affected by COVID-19.

    Can I still send my items back to return? 

    Yes, you sure can! Our returns team are taking extra measures to ensure the products are handled in a hygienic manner. All items, including store purchases will need to be returned to our warehouse (with your receipt) for an exchange or store credit. 

    All online orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Brisbane.

    Orders can not be picked up from our Brisbane warehouse

    If your order has not been packed, our team can still make changes to your shipping address - You would need to give us a call ASAP so we can change this before your order is packed.

    Unfortunately, once your parcel has left us we can no longer make any changes, you will need to contact your local postal service to make these changes. 

     

     

    Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am – 3.30pm AEST. 

    During big sale periods and holiday seasons, there may be a slight delay with the shipment of your order but we will always let you know if this is the case!

    In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be processed due to a security check. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Experience team.

Tracking My Order

    Once our team have shipped out your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number!

    Following huge sales like Boxing Day or Ck Frenzy it make take 2-5 business days to dispatch your order and receive your tracking.

    We are still shipping orders as normal from our warehouse in Australia.

    Due to COVID-19 we have noticed some delays with New Zealand Post delivering parcels. Once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number, you can use this on the New Zealand Post website to keep track of your order.

    **All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. Our shipping times do not include any time a parcel is held up in customs.

     

    NOTE: During busy sale periods we may take 1-2 business days to have your order shipped out. This is simply due to the high influx of orders we obtain.

International Customs

    Customers outside Australia may be liable to pay for customs and import duties.

    This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. 

    These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties, and cannot pre pay these taxes.

    Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

     

     For our NZ customers, the below applies:

    * All Prices Include New Zealand GST of 15% - No More to Pay

    * Due to NZ Law, Orders over $1,150 are subject to pay a flat fee of $55.71 NZD for IETF.

    * Individual items exceeding $1,150 may be subject to duties upon arrival at customs.

    Customs fees and import duties are out of our control and these costs must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are not willing to pay these taxes we are able to refund the amount of your order (minus shipping costs) once the parcel is returned.

    Please contact your local Customs and let them know you would like the parcel to be returned to sender. Once this has been done please contact our team HERE, to let us know, so we can ensure the funds are refunded as soon as your parcel arrives back to us!

Australian Deliveries

    All our online parcels require signature upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for your parcel then your order will be taken to your local post office for collection

     

     

    We work alongside our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives within the shipping time frame provided. In some situations there are things out of our delivery partners control that may delay the delivery of your order. 

    Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and an increase in parcel volumes. They have advised us that they are working around the clock to get parcels delivered to customers on time!

    Please double check the tracking link provided to you to make sure your courier hasn't already attempted to deliver your parcel or if they require further details from you.

    If it has been more than 3 business days over the expected delivery day please CONTACT US HERE so we can investigate further for you.

Weekend Delivery

    Australia Post unfortunately does not deliver parcels on weekends as they only operate Monday-Friday.

     

    We do run 'guaranteed before the weekend' delivery promotions from time to time!

    We can only guarantee the delivery before the weekend if your order is placed before the cut off time specified with express shipping AND if your shipping address is in a metro area as advised by Australia Post.
