    We have implemented that all of our Jordan releases have express shipping only as an option at the checkout! This is because our dispatch team prioritize these orders to have them processed and dispatched on the same day

    Yes you do! If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the shipping company will leave a card for you to head to your local post office to collect with ID!

     

    Please note: If you request a safe drop, this will void any warranty with Culture Kings as we require signatures upon delivery of all parcels to prevent theft

    Oh no! So that we can get this investigated for you ASAP, please double-check with your household and your neighbours to see if they signed for the parcel or picked it up on behalf of yourself.

    If this is not the case then please go ahead and contact your local postal company (Australia Post, NZ Post or USPS) to lodge a case on your end.

    Once you have lodged your case, please submit a request HERE under "Tracking-My delivery has passed the provided time frame" and fill out the required fields as well as providing your case number

     

    Australia Post have taken out precautionary measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They strive to still deliver each day whilst putting in place social distancing measures.

    With many people moving to online shopping as they work from home, they are seeing and uplift in parcels that is resulting in some delays in our network. The current reduction in domestic flights has also seen delays begin to occur in our domestic deliveries – particularly in the Express Post Network.

    We understand you want your order NOW! But please sit tight and rest assured that we are shipping all orders out ASAP and Australia Post are doing all they can to handle deliveries as fast as possible!

Tracking My Order

    Processed by Air Carrier means that your parcel is currently being handled by the postal Airline company. If you see multiple updates of this please don't be alarmed as your parcel is awaiting your local courier to make the next scan! 

    We require signatures upon deliveries of all our customers parcels! This is to ensure the safety of delivery and to prevent stolen parcels. If you are not home to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local post office.

    In some cases our customers can authorize a safe drop or "leave in a safe place", we know that this can be for convenience however this does void any insurance we have with Australia Post and we are no longer liable if your parcel is lost or stolen unfortunately

    We highly suggest that if you won't be home to sign for your parcel, authorize it to be taken to your local post office where you or someone at your residence can collect on your behalf!

    Unfortunately we cannot refund a parcel that is still in transit to you however we can definitely lodge an investigation with Aus Post once your estimated delivery time has exceeded to find out the exact whereabouts of your order! 

    As soon as our team have shipped out your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number! Once you receive your tracking number, copy and paste the number HERE to see the current status of your order

     

    Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking scans to appear once your order has been shipped

     

    *If you are still not able to track your order please fill out and submit a form HERE and one of our Customer Experience agents will be able to help out!

    Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate. If you still cannot track your order 48 hours after it has been sent through, please fill out and submit a request HERE!

     

International

    You will have noticed that your tracking is taking a while to update however we can reassure you that you WILL receive your parcel and it is on its way to you! Australia Post has a high volume of parcels to deliver every single day in New Zealand alone due to the heavy restriction laws currently in place forcing residents to now shop online. 

     

    We've noticed that SOME parcels heading to NZ can take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. If you have not received your parcel by the 15 business days from when you received your tracking, please let us know HERE and we will be happy to follow this up for you 

     

    Fun fact: Since the most recent lockdown, NZ Post are delivering 1.5 million parcels daily - insane right! 

    Shop App is super convenient to keep all your trackings together however we have noticed that is does show the incorrect scans for our parcels in particular! 

     

    We highly suggest to sign up for the text/email updates through USPS as to not miss out on any updates, click HERE and enter in your tracking number to see movements

     

    *For the most accurate updates, please track your order through Australia Post, as soon as you see that it's arrived in the US please switch to your Delivery Partner via "Track delivery with international carrier" on the Australia Post website

    For any failed delivery attempts you will need to contact USPS directly and reschedule a re-delivery within 48 hours, if you don’t schedule this within the time frame unfortunately your order will be marked as “unclaimed” and be sent back to us here in Australia

    If you do miss the 48hour timeframe please email our team ASAP to confirm if you would like your parcel reshipped or not (we recommend using a business address as all parcels require a signature upon delivery for the safety of our customers parcels)

     

    *Please note that "return to sender" parcels can take up 10-12 weeks to arrive back to us as they are 'low priority' with USPS and Aus Post*

    We are still shipping orders as normal from our warehouse in Australia.

    Due to COVID-19 we have noticed some delays with New Zealand Post delivering parcels. Once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number, you can use this on the New Zealand Post website to keep track of your order.

International Customs

    All prices on your order include the New Zealand GST of 15% so that you aren't required to pay Customs fees however due to NZ's laws, orders placed over $1,150 are subject to pay a flat fee of $55.71 NZD for IETF

     

    *Individual items exceeding $1,150 may be subject to duties upon arrival at Customs

    Customers outside Australia may be liable to pay for customs and import duties.

    This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. 

    These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties, and cannot pre pay these taxes.

    Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

     

     For our NZ customers, the below applies:

    * All Prices Include New Zealand GST of 15% - No More to Pay

    * Due to NZ Law, Orders over $1,150 are subject to pay a flat fee of $55.71 NZD for IETF.

    Customs fees and import duties are out of our control and these costs must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are not willing to pay these taxes we are able to refund the amount of your order (minus shipping costs) once the parcel is returned.

     

    Please contact your local Customs and let them know you would like the parcel to be returned to sender. Once this has been done please contact our team HERE, to let us know, so we can ensure the funds are refunded as soon as your parcel arrives back to us!

Australian Deliveries

    Orders heading to New South Wales are currently taking 1-3 weeks to be delivered. If you have not received your parcel by the 15 business days from when you received your tracking, please let us know HERE and we will be happy to follow this up for you 

     

    Fun fact: In the month of August, parcels going to NSW had a 91% increase of the whole year of 2020

    We work alongside our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives within the shipping time frame provided. In some situations there are things out of our delivery partners control that may delay the delivery of your order. 

     

    Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, the current government resticitons throughout the country and an increase in parcel volumes. (In NSW/VIC alone, over 2 million parcels were delivered in 1 day). They have advised us that they are working around the clock to get parcels delivered to customers on time! Please double check the tracking link provided to you to make sure your courier hasn't already attempted to deliver your parcel or if they require further details from you.

     

    If it's been more than 3 business days over the expected delivery day please contact us HERE so we can investigate further for you.

Weekend Delivery

    We often have guaranteed delivery before the weekend for a selection of our customers! Our amazing team will post on our socials and on the home page of our website if we are running this deal

     

    You do however have to qualify with the details below:

     

    1. Your order must be placed before 1:30pm Thursday
    2. You have to select and purchase express shipping (standard shipping orders will not arrive to you in time)
    3. This is only available to our customers in the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne metro areas

     

    *Some orders will be subject to undergo a security check and this will cause a minor delay, to avoid this we highly suggest to checkout with PayPal

     

     

    Australia Post unfortunately does not deliver parcels on weekends as they only operate Monday-Friday.

     

    We do run 'guaranteed before the weekend' delivery promotions from time to time!

    We can only guarantee the delivery before the weekend if your order is placed before the cut off time specified with express shipping AND if your shipping address is in a metro area as advised by Australia Post.
